Hands down the best wings in the city. Which puts them high in the running for best wings in the country. Perhaps the best wings in the world. And they have beer.
Laid back atmosphere, friendly service and amazing food. the wings and garlic fries were incredible. was just there two days ago and already dying to go back. highly recommend.
This little place is your very basic corner pub that makes you feel like you've been here before even if you haven't. We came for the wings, but someday hope to shake it up and try something different-just not this time. I tell you the wings are served HOT from the grill and have great spicy flavor along with the crispiness you expect-no flabby chicken skin here! An order of 12 wings and fries (which are also served HOT) is enough for two. We did try the garlic fries for the first time...beware--they ain't messing around with the garlic--but good stuff! It gets busy with the after work crowd. Reasonably priced too.
Excellent Wings as Usual! A nice Medium heat sauce and smokiness. Don't go in thinking you'll have a choice of 6-10 sauces. They do one spice level and they do it really well. Had a side of fries and a craft beer and enjoyed the supper.
Finger licking good! When I say finger licking good I mean finger licking good cause these wings will have you licking every last flavor you can get from it.I was told about Points East Pub by a friend and they recommended getting the wings. I thought these would be average tasting wings considering they were coming from a pub. I also became even more hesitant about these wings when they told me they only have one flavor. However I was soon mistaken.The wings hit you with a blast of flavor when you take the first bite. The chicken is magnificently tender and juicy so with every bit there's enjoyment. I ordered 12 wings but could have easily eaten more. The wings are a little spicy but it definitely enhances the flavor!Atmosphere is pretty casual. Every time I come here it is usually pretty crowded but not to hard to find a table. There is two sections to the pub so that helps with seating. Since there usually is a decent amount of people it can be loud but nothing outrageous. Prices are overall average even for the exceptional wings. All together it's not a bad place to hang even if you are not getting wings.
